DESCRIPTION

This tough-as-nails, comfortable, and fully waterproof boot is built with 600 grams of cold weather protection to tackle the toughest jobsites all winter. Now with extra height for added ankle support, the Perkins is built from barnyard-resistant BRUNT FARMGUARD™ leather that repels water, mud, oil, piss, and sh*t. This boot also features reinforced toe caps and heel guards for more durability, and comes equipped with an innovative slip-, oil-, and a high-heat-resistant rubber outsole. Deeper lugs provide added traction, the 90° heel improves stability on ladders and scaffolding, and our signature BRUNT CUSH’N® midsole and insole system delivers comfort right out of the box.

THE PERKINS STORY

Coast Guard veteran and former diesel mechanic, Jeremy Perkins, is one of my oldest friends and now the head of the BRUNT Community Relations team. During his time as a diesel mechanic, Jeremy was blowing through boots at a high clip—so when it came time to help us design his namesake boot, Jeremy insisted that his boot had to be ultra-tough and reinforced in the places that he saw the most amount of wear. The Perkins 8” Insulated Waterproof (Comp Toe) boot is built from leathers sourced from U.S. steer - the highest quality hides available. At just 2lbs (size 9) with a cemented construction, it delivers premium, durable materials without the extra bulk.

We recommend BRUNT’s Leather Conditioner to help you get the most out of your work boots. This proprietary blend of mink oil, beeswax, and natural additives protects and extends the life of your leather. The mink oil replenishes natural oils, while the beeswax seals them in and adds a barrier against scuffs and tough jobsite conditions. For best results, apply with our 100% horsehair brush - built for precise cleaning and conditioning.
